The abnormal climate year by year is driving global demand for frozen vegetables.
According to the analysis of temperature and precipitation in Chinese four major production areas from November 2024 to early February 2025, if there is no sudden rain and snow disaster and late spring cold disaster in the northern production areas from mid-February to mid-March, it is necessary to pay attention to the impact of the temperature difference between day and night and early spring drought on leaf quality. If the temperature can be maintained between 0°C and 10°C and the soil moisture can reach between 65% and 80%, it is expected that China's spinach production will not decrease significantly this year.
