Frozen basil is sourced from high‑quality fresh basils harvested at full ripeness. Raw basils are conventional,non-organic,cleaned,blanched,sorted, then processed by IQF individual quick freezing. Rapid freezing locks in typical green color, unique basil fragrance and natural nutrition. Strict sorting procedure filters out yellow, rotten basils. No extra sugar or preservatives are added. Complete whole fruit shape is well maintained. This product serves as core raw material for global food manufacturers, suitable for various deep processing scenarios.
